So we are trying, once again, a total shift from Windows to Linux. We chose Linux Mint, as it is a quite newbie friendly, it is rock solid, and stable. Also, we are not programmers, and do not wish to compile files nor do we want to use ages tweaking codes and lines in a terminal or vim. We just want to use our machines for whatever we want to use them for (mostly gaming, writing, browsing, video editing). And we feel that Linux Mint fits perfectly our requirements. We hope to make this shift permanently this time, and therefore to make things easier for us and other newcomers, we created this Linux Mint Handbook.  So we are trying, once again, a total shift from Windows to Linux.
