Here's the list of some of the media I consumed in April 2024. Mostly, it's films, books, articles, and videos.
- Skeptic: Paul Halpern — Extra dimensions, Other Worlds, and Parallel Universes. Our books, our movies—our imaginations—are obsessed with extra dimensions, alternate timelines, and the sense that all we see might not be all there is. In short, we can’t stop thinking about the multiverse.
- The last crimes of Caravaggio. My favorite painter, but also a troubled character.
- 12 Ways Gen X’s Views Clash with Millennials and Boomers.
- Badinerie - Johann Sebastian Bach.
- Why Jesus Never Ate a Banana. About 69 percent of the global diet is “foreign,” says a study that pinpoints the origin of 151 food crops.
- Genocidu, zli Vuče….
- Read a poetry book Rječnik sumnji by Almir Zalihić.
- Watched Wrong Turn (2003). Six people are left stranded deep in the middle of the woods after their cars collide. As they venture deeper into the woods, they face an uncertain and bloodcurdling fate... Mildly entertaining. 5/10.
- Is there an alliance between Russia, China, and Iran? Miltary analyst Anders Puck Nielsen talks about the new Axis of Evil.
- Our Experience: Two Postwar Readings of Radomir Konstantinović’s Philosophy of Parochialism by Edin Hajdarpašić.
- The Importance of Working Together.
- I watched Interstellar again after a decade. I think it is a little better film than what I thought initially. Hans Zimmer's marvelous soundtrack is the real hero of the film.
- Escape From Noma. A not so great experience at some of the most known restaurants in the world.
- Vitalij Kuprij - Opus 1 (Theme by Paganini).
