Can you believe it? Yesterday was Amra's 25th anniversary at LEGO! In a time when many employees stay for only 3-4 years, this milestone is truly extraordinary.

I fondly recall a young Amra joining LEGO, full of enthusiasm to learn and grow – and what an incredible journey it has been! Across various departments, she has consistently been a respected, valued, and recognized colleague, known for her structured approach and hard work. LEGO deeply appreciates Amra's dedication and loyalty, and I am bursting with pride for her amazing 25 years of achievement. It's such a rarity these days.

Big screens everywhere at LEGO Campus

I know Amra isn’t one to seek the spotlight, but seeing more than 60 people come together at LEGO Campus to celebrate her yesterday was truly heartwarming. LEGO hosted a lovely lunch in beautiful surroundings, and her colleagues surprised everyone with a hilarious little “theater performance” all about Amra, both as a colleague and a person.

The day ended on a high note with Amra’s portrait being added to LEGO’s Hall of Fame, honoring employees who have been with the company for over 25 years.

It was a wonderful day, full of laughter, memories, and appreciation.
